Cases of return and exchange
- Products have errors from the manufacturer (damaged, broken products, technical errors ...).
- The product is damaged or scratched due to the shipping process of the delivery staff.
- The product has expired or is nearing the end of its shelf life.
- The product is not as requested by the customer because the SHOP prepares the wrong product or takes the wrong color and type of product.
- The product has its original packaging, tags and labels, and has not been used.
Cases that do not apply return
- Gift products, products in special discount programs.
- The product is past the return date (14 days).
- The product has been peeled off the label, seal if any.
- Products that customers have tried or used more than once.
- Product packaging, box is damaged, scratched due to customer's fault.
- The product is not purchased from the SHOP.
Method of return and exchange
- SHOP accepts to return products to customers within 14 days, counting from the date the customer buys or receives the product from the delivery party.
- Customers need to inform the SHOP staff of the reason for the return and the correct address and phone number so that the SHOP can carry out the process of returning the product as quickly as possible according to your request.
- SHOP cares about customer satisfaction and wishes to improve service quality, SHOP accepts free product returns for customers in accordance with the above regulations. Customers in the Ho Chi Minh area, SHOP encourages customers to come to the Showroom so that the staff can check the products and customers can view & choose to change the product according to your wishes. For provincial customers, you can send the goods by post & Contact the SHOP about the exchanged product, postal code, etc. so that the SHOP can process and re-send the goods as soon as possible when receiving the product.
Refund methods and handling fees
a. Return goods at SHOP branch
- Orders paid in cash: Cash back to customers.
- Orders paid by bank card: Transfer money after 3-5 days (excluding holidays, weekends) customers return the goods.
- Orders paid by VNpay: Refund by VNpay system after 3-8 days (for domestic) and 15-90 days (for visa card) working (excluding holidays, weekends) or transferring pay for the next order.
b. Return at home
- For orders received and paid, SHOP will transfer money to customers after receiving the returned goods.
- For orders that customers have paid online, SHOP will transfer money to the account that customers used when paying customers.
Note: All paid orders using gift cards, SHOP supports transferring the code used for the next order.
