SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS

For ShivaShop you can buy goods in 2 ways: login with a registered account or without logging in.

Whether logged in or not, the purchase will follow the following general steps:

Step 1: Select a product -> add the product to the cart in the following ways as shown in the photo below:

+ From the product image: , you drag the mouse on the image and the cart icon will appear, click on the cart -> the product has been added to the cart.

+ Click to view product details, then click “Add to cart” button -> to add products to cart.

Step 2: After selecting the products to buy, click the cart icon on the right corner of the screen to enter the cart:

Step 3: Click View Cart to view order details, you can delete the products you buy in excess or are really unnecessary at this time.

If you have a discount code or gift code, you will enter the code in the box that says “Coupon code”, then press the “Apply Coupon” button.

After reviewing the product and agreeing to proceed with the payment, you will press the “Process to checkout” button.

Step 4: Payment

- At this screen, the program will ask you if you are logged in (if you are a customer -> you will log in to enjoy the benefits of the Shop such as accumulating points, giving gifts at the end of the year, etc.). ) and you can login by clicking on the words “Click here to login”.

- If you have a discount code that you forgot to enter in the shopping cart step, you can still enter the discount code here by clicking on the words "Click here to apply".

- Fill in the delivery address information (if you are a logged-in customer) -> the information will be taken from the information you have previously declared. Please check and update the correct shipping address.

- Shop has 3 payment methods: Bank Transfer, COD, VNPAY. You can choose 1 of the 3 methods above to pay for your order.

Then, you press the “Place Order” button -> to complete the payment process.
